Magnify The Lord

"I will bless the LORD at all times;
His praise shall continually be in my mouth.
My soul shall make its boast in the LORD;
The humble shall hear of it and be glad.
Oh, magnify the LORD with me,
And let us exalt His name together." (Psalm 34:1-3, NKJV)

It has been another good day for us; Michelle woke feeling much better than the last two mornings, though she did not sleep all that well. As the swelling has slowly diminished the discomfort at the surgery site has increased, which made it a bit difficult for her to sleep last night. That said, Michelle has done wonderfully today.

She was able to take a shower, walk down and up the stairs into the basement a couple times, and even went for a very short drive with a friend to get some fresh air which is the first time she has ventured out since the surgery last Friday. Of course, she also took a long nap right in the middle of the day; exerting energy really wears her out still. That is to be expected though and, besides a couple of times of feeling a little light-headed, she actually felt more like herself today.

As the Psalm above says, let us exalt His name together for His great goodness to us!!! He is good all the time, all the time He is good!!! We love you... - Steve and Michelle -
